WordPress has several external theme options such as themeisle.com, elegant themes.com, and themeforest.com when choosing a theme for your website. And WordPress even has its own database with a large variety of options to use for your WordPress website. However, when you are picking a theme for your website you must make sure the theme is not infringing on someone else’s work and its structured in a way that will work for your product.

The files that should be included in a WordPress site include a style.css file and an index.php file and the style.css file must have the basic theme information in its initial lines.
